Jump jump jump.

Here is the session I did yesterday. The object of this workout is to develop speed/power without using to many weights so I don’t over tax my CNS and slow down recovery. I’m not sure how successful this was as I feel quite beat up this morning. Ah well.

10 kg medicine ball throws. 4 sets of 5 reps.
Tractor tyre wall pushes. 4 sets of 5 reps.
Plyometric jumps, various types. 6 sets of 5 reps.
Hill sprints. 10 sets of 20 seconds.

It doesn’t look like much on paper but as every rep is performed explosively and with maximum effort it’s quite fatiguing. Tomorrow I’m going to do a general gym workout with the focus on Back.
