5/3/1 – huge buns of steel!

Hello peeps’
I was supposed to train yesterday but due to the rubbish weather we’ve been having I ended up being stuck in the gym for about 48 hours, which made me, somewhat perversely, not want to train at all. This turned out to be a brilliant tactical desision as I trained like a warrior today. Grrrrr.

This is the workout:

Deadlift – 3 x 135kg 3 x 145kg 12 x 155kg

Bench Press – 3 x 100kg 3 x 110kg 8 x 120kg

Good Mornings – lots of warm up sets and then: 5 x 140kg 5 x 160kg 5 x 180kg.
