5/3/1 – a hard back session.
Today was the day I started my diet. I have been at over 18 stone for 2 months now and it’s time to shed the lard. But… oh my God I miss food already. It’s only been 12 hours and I’m already beginning to panic.
I’ll do a seperate post on my diet plans and goals soon, this one is all about the training. Such as it was. Everything felt very heavy today.
Deadlift – 5 x 135kg 3 x 155kg 3 x 170kg
Bent over row – 4 sets of 15 reps @ 70kg
Chin ups – 4 sets of 10 reps
Lat pulldowns – 4 sets of 10 reps with a 3 second hold
And that was it. I didn’t do any romanians, I couldn’t face it.
Hopefully I’ll get used to the diet and my mood will improve.
