Finally after nearly a month, SQUATS!
I was really looking forward to today’s workout, not least because I’ve been missing my beloved squats. Normally I squat on a Monday however Pete has thrown me a curve ball and the now Wednesday is my new leg day. What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger, to the squat rack!!
