Legs

This week I have increased to frequency of my squatting. Over the past 7 days I have completed 3 squat sessions. I am currently training for hypertrophy so lower weights, less rest and higher reps. I decided to do 3 sessions just to change my routine up and get used to having a weight on my back.

Heres what I achieved
Monday
Warm up, stretch, warm up sets.
100kg x 10
120 kg x 10
140 kg x 8
140 kg x8
Wednesday
Warm up, stretch, warm up sets.
100kg x 10
120 kg x10
140 kg x 8
160 kg x 6
Friday
Warm up, stretch, warmup sets.
100kg x10
120 kg x10
140 kg x10
140 kg x 10
140 kg x 10
Strangely my last work out of the week felt strongest, perhaps the higher volume helps? Either way I am pleased with the results and feel more comfortable with 140 kg on my back for time. Before my lower back would fatigue after 5 reps and I would struggle to finish 8 reps.
My legs feel pretty tired today so going to take 4 days off leg work.
Diet wise I have started taking lactose enzymes to help me digest milk (bad stomach issues) so having two litres a day, yum.
