King Prawn and Bacon

This unbelievable combination of surf and turf tastes great and is easy to make.

Ingredients
2 x bacon rashers
10 x decent sized king prawns
1 x medium red onion
1 x garlic clove
250g x spinach
1 tsp chili power
30g sun dried tomatoes
Method
  1. slice the onion+ bacon and fry off in 1 tbsp of olive oil for 2mins.
  2. add in the king prawns, garlic, chili powder and sun dried tomatoes for a further 2mins
  3. add the spinach nad cook unitl wilted
  4. Serve with rice or sweet potato. Enjoy
