Fancy a challange?
I feel like throwing down a gauntlet and issuing a challenge. Can you do 100 press ups, 100 kettlebell swings with 24kg, 100 leg raises, 1000 skips, 100 body weight squats, 100 body weight lunges, 100 Ab wheel roll outs, 100 kettlebell snatches with 24kg, 100 kettlebell jerks with 24kg and hold a plank for 5 mins?
No? Nor me. But I reckon that I can, and I have a plan that if it was any more cunning it would be a weasel.
What I’m going to do is start at 10 reps (100 for skipping) of each and add a rep each day (10 for skipping). Thus in 3 months or so I will be doing all the reps. Easy. Probably.
To begin with I plan to do the challenge as a warm up for my main workout, but I imagine that it won’t take long before it gets to hard to manage. At that point I’ll take a kettlebell and a skipping rope home and do it the morning before breakfast.
The whole thing shouldn’t take more then 30 mins, so it hopefully won’t mess me up for my main session later on in the day. You never know I might even get in shape as a consequence.
Come and have a go if you think you’re hard enough.
Yours in deluded bliss,
