Lack of motivation is a huge factor when people decide to stop exercising. Exercise is hard on the body and mind, is sometimes difficult to fit into a busy schedule, and more than anything else it takes time and consistency to see the results you want. Matt Kroc, powerlifter and inventor of the mighty “Kroc Row”, has recently put up an article on T-Nation with some great tips on how to stay motivated.
