Olive Oil might reduce your risk of stroke! (Article Spotlight)
Some interesting research over at the ironmagazine blog got me thinking about olive oil. We’ve been banging on about olive oil for a long time at Dave’s Gym – it tastes good, it’s a source of healthy fats which are essential to your body, and above all it’s a simple way to bulk up if you take it in large quantities.
The health benefits of monounsaturated fatty acids (of which olive oil has in spades) are well-documented in scientific research, and if anybody wants some more information on this just drop me a comment at the end of this post. For now though:
