Strong(her) Part 2 (Article Spotlight)

Last week I posted a great article from EliteFTS on training considerations for the fairer sex. This week, as promised, is the second part in that series and the one a lot of ladies will really want to read. It cuts to the core of exactly how you need to structure your eating in order to get maximum, and above all – healthy weight loss that will stay off.
