Bench Press Day – Sorry it’s been a long time :(
It’s been a loooooooooooooooooooooong time since I’ve done one of these, but now I’m back and plan on doing this a little more regular then once every blue moon.
At the moment our training is a little bit limited as Rhod has destroyed his ankle and can barely walk yet alone squat. Also, I’ve been plagued with injuries and decided to take the past 2 months off serious training.
But we’re back!
Here is what we did –
Bench – 5 x 5
Bench to blocks with pause – 5 x 3
Bench with bouncing bells of bedlam – 5 x 10-15
