Dave’s Gym Workouts – A week of muscle-mashing mayhem.

Well, for the first time in bloody ages we (Rhod and I) managed to get a full weeks training in. There were no injuries, illnesses, alien abductions or dark and dusky maidens attempting to seduce us (pah).There was just the beauty of a good week’s training and all the crippling soreness that it brings.

What you will find here is our full week of training, warts and all. Rhod’s ankle is a mangled mess of tortured ligaments at the moment so there isn’t any direct leg training for now.

The week’s split looks like this –

Monday – Chest
Tuesday – Back
Wednesday – Bodyweight stuff
Thursday – Shoulders
Friday – Guns

I don’t know how long we’ll keep on with this, probably until Rhod can walk, but it’s a nasty little upper body split.
