Dave’s Daily Workout.
Rhod and I have finally started training again. It’s been about 2 months of rubbish, unstructured, occasional sessions but now we’re back on it…again.
The plan is to spend the next two weeks doing some GPP (General Physical Preparedness) as a way to get fighting fit.
Today’s workout –
30 mins cycle.
Skipping, press ups, squats, lunges for 3 rounds.
Mobility circuit – a bizarre mix of De Francos agile 8 and some yoga stuff.
Southwood – cleans, presses, front squats and bench. 3 rounds of 8,6,4 reps.
